Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, if in saleable condition and in original packaging.
Returns after 30 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Customer returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact us at 800.782.6671 or customerservice@espressosupply.com for an authorization number.
We recommend that you ship your return package by a traceable method.
Damage Claims:
Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies.
All claims or discrepancies must be reported with in ten (10) days of receipt.
For damages, you must save the original shipping carton with tracking label and all packing material for inspection by the carrier. We will contact the carrier and ask for a review of the damage.
International returns may be subject to additional duties and taxes.
